Jesse Winchester's "A Reasonable Amount of Trouble"

Hey Guys and Gals, I’m writing this morning to make you aware of a fine new piece of work from one of my all time music heroes. Jesse Winchester’s final musical statement will be released tomorrow. It’s called “A Reasonable Amount of Trouble”. Typical understatement from a True master of the form. All Jimmy Buffett fans know Jesse’s work through “Biloxi” and “Defying Gravity” and “Rhumba Man” and his appearance with us on the CMT Gulf concert after the Oil Spill. I am terrible at self promotion because of the way I was raised, but I’m willing to break form and recommend Jesse’s new one. I was blessed with the privilege of producing, playing and singing on this one. We didn’t know at the time that it would be Jesse’s last work, but just working with him was reason enough for feeling honored. He was as fine a songwriter as there’s ever been and a great performer and singer as well. What I learned along the way was that he was also one of the finest human beings I’ve ever run across and I’ve met some really great ones. Do yourself and Jesse’s family a favor and check out “A Reasonable Amount of Trouble”.
